In this thirty-eighth Math Webinar in English, Miranda Abbott presented on “Dancing Digits”. The speaker explored rapid additions and subtractions using her body as a calculator. Miranda Abbott designed this activity to enhance the mental math skills of her students engagingly and dynamically and to stimulate their minds in new ways. This virtual event was co-organized by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA).
