The Math Webinar in English #52 took place on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 from 5 pm until 6 pm with Scott Vorthmann, author of vZome and retired Enterprise Software Architect, as our invited speaker. This virtual event was free and open to the general public.
In this Math Webinar in English, Scott Vorthmann presented on “The Mathematics of vZome”. The speaker explained that vZome is a a software design tool for Zometool models that can be accessed on the link https://www.vzome.com/app. Scott Vorthmann described how to construct the five Platonic solids in vZome, as well as some Archimedean solids, and shared the powerful capabilities of this software tool.
