The Math Outreach Session took place on Saturday, August 8th, 2026 from 9:30 am until 11 am at MAA MathFest 2026 in Salon G of the Boston Marriott Copley Place, United States. In this session, Eugenia Cheng, Michael Dorff, Allison Henrich, Dave Kung and Brandy Wiegers participated as our invited panelists, who shared their experiences in math outreach, as well as suggestions on what to do and what not to do when running these types of activities. This session was moderated by Jeanette Shakalli and was co-organized by FUNDAPROMAT, SIGMAA REC and SIGMAA MCST.
